E-mail: [email protected]
Contact by e-mail only
We keep things simple. There is a single e-mail address, [email protected], and that is where every question, correction and request should go. Because the site has no accounts or login, there is nothing for us to look up about you, so please include enough detail in the message itself. A subject line that sums up the question also helps.
What to write about
Most useful are notes about accuracy. If the guide says one thing and the game shows another, tell us. We also want to hear if the page does not display properly, if the demo button does nothing, or if you have a question about how we handle the e-mails you send.
Information we never ask for
Please never send us identity documents, passwords, bank or card details, UPI IDs or screenshots that show them. We do not need any of this, and e-mail is not a safe place for it.
If you do send something sensitive by accident, tell us and we will delete it. Screenshots of the page are fine as long as nothing personal is visible.
Accounts, withdrawals and disputes
We can explain the game and correct our own page. We cannot recover funds, settle disputes or contact a casino for you, because we have no relationship with any of them. We also do not sell or share any kind of prediction tool, since Aviator's multiplier is fixed by a random generator before each round.
What happens next
Once your e-mail arrives, someone reads it and decides what to do:
- errors are checked against the demo and Spribe's pages, then fixed
- questions are answered where we can
- deletion requests are carried out
We do not promise a response time, but no message is ignored. Notes that only say thanks may not get a reply, but they are read too.
